By providing your mobile number and consenting to communications during that process, you agree to receive SMS messages from Tucuvi Health Inc. on behalf of your provider. Message frequency varies based on your care program. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
