The tucuvi Platform offers an artificial intelligence-based voice caregiver to remotely monitor patients through personalized conversation protocols.
The virtual caregiver is called Lola and is based on voice and natural language processing technology, and automatically contacts patients according to the frequency set by the healthcare professional. Through phone calls, Lola converses with patients, empathizes, analyzes conversations in real time and returns structured information to the clinical team to assist them in decision making.
We saw that there were many gaps in patient care, especially for the elderly. As we get older we have more chronic pathologies that require a high demand for care.
The project has been tested for months at the University Hospital of Torrejón, in Madrid. Thanks to the questionnaire that 'Lola' fills in, healthcare professionals can find out at a glance which patients need to be attended as a priority. In addition, when Tucuvi's algorithms detect an alert, they send a real-time notification to the medical team, so that they are continuously informed.
